How To Book
1. Options
We are happy to hold an option on one booking, for three working days, whilst you finalise your plans.
Please note:
- We reserve the right to automatically release all options after three working days.
- Options cannot be held within six weeks of departure (and not for the last room in a hotel).
- Options can only be held by telephone (not online)
- In order to allow us to present our full portfolio at all times, we would kindly ask that you contact us, within the three day period, should you decide against proceeding with the booking.
2. Confirming a Booking
- Options
If an option has been held then we would ask you to confirm the booking by telephone only. - By Phone
We would be delighted to have the opportunity to discuss your prospective holiday with you and would welcome your call. - Online Booking
We are equally happy for you to book online - simply complete the Online Booking process. We would still welcome the opportunity to discuss your holiday choice with you and will call you at your convenience if you indicate this is your desire.
Kindly note: that in all cases a booking is confirmed only when a Booking Number has been issued.
3. Booking Forms
We do not require a Booking Form to be completed. Once initial payment has been received we will forward a Booking Confirmation by post. We would ask you to check this invoice/confirmation extremely carefully as it will carry the full details for your holiday and travel documentation.
Kindly note: when you make a booking and we receive the initial payment, you are agreeing to our booking conditions.
