Payment Terms & How to Pay
Early Booking Offers
As usual the balance for these special offers is due in full at the time of booking.
We do, of course, understand that not all guests wish to pay the full balance at such an early stage. Should you prefer to not pay in full, please add 5% to the prices and pay a deposit of £350* per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
*Kindly note: the deposit is £500 per person for holidays including Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus and Tailor-made itineraries.
How to Pay
Our standard deposit is £350 per person with the final balance due 12 weeks prior to departure - or as dictated by the payment term of your chosen offer. Payment can be made by:
- Bank Transfer
Please contact us by phone for our Bank Details.
- Cheque
Please write your name and Booking Number on the reverse and forward to our address.
We cannot accept cheques for departures within eight weeks of the booking date.
- Debit Cards
Are accepted without charge or discount.
- Credit Cards
A 2.5% charge is applied to all credit card transactions for administrative reasons (to cover charges made by the provider). We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Financial Protection - ATOL
We are a fully licenced and bonded company and your holiday is 100% financially protected through our ATOL licence. We would ask you to kindly note that it is not possible to 'double-protect' therefore we would advise it is not necessary for you to incur the credit card charge above if you are thinking of using that method of payment for financial protection.
