Alabanda Island Retreat Layout (Three-bedroom villa suitable for up to 6 guests - 9 with camp beds)

FIRST FLOOR (as property built on hillside)
A lit path leads from the jetty to the gate. Steps lead up to the front door which opens into a large open-plan dining area, sitting area and fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The entire room is galleried and looks down onto the sitting room. The front wall is virtually all glass, and so provides fabulous views across the bay. A walkway leads around the gallery to the balcony that runs along the entire facing. A door leads from the kitchen to a decked terrace for alfresco dining, and this in turn leads on to the gardens.

SECOND FLOOR
A spiral staircase leads to the first master double bedroom. This very spacious room encompasses the entire floor and, of course, has floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto a balcony that covers the entire facing.

The kingsize bed is located in the centre of the room and looks directly out to sea. There is a seating area (with sofa bed) and a flat screen DVD/TV/CD and mini fridge which are located by the second side balcony. A running treadmill is by the door.

The large open-plan bathroom is separated behind the bedroom area. This bathroom has to be the largest in Turkey and it certainly has the best view!

The room is divided into a shower area at one end and a WC at the other. A Jacuzzi bath is set in the centre of the bathroom with stunning views across the bay to Fethiye.

THIRD FLOOR
The spiral staircase leads to the second master double bedroom. This ‘attic-style’ room encompasses the entire top floor and has balconies at either end affording fabulous sea views.

The kingsize bed is located in the centre of the room and looks directly out to sea. There is a seating area (with sofa bed) and a flat screen DVD/TV/CD and mini fridge which are located to one side.

The open plan bathroom is separated behind the bedroom area and has shower/WC and a balcony with stunning views across the bay to Fethiye.

GROUND FLOOR
A spiral staircase leads from the kitchen down to the sitting room. This large room has extravagantly high ceilings. Comfortable sofas look in towards the home cinema screen and picture windows look directly across the pool terrace and out to sea.

Behind the sitting room is an area with shower/WC and fridge. A door leads from here into the third twin bedroom. This good-sized room does not have a balcony.

THE GARDENS & POOL AREA
French windows open from the sitting room onto the decked ‘infinity pool’ area which provides stunning views across the Gulf. The decking leads into the ‘wild gardens’ where you can relax in a hammock in the shade of the trees. A few steps lead down to the small pebble beach and straight into the sea.

Steps also lead from the garden up to the alfresco dining terrace and kitchen. This terrace opens onto further gardens in which to relax.
