FIRST FLOOR (property built on hillside)
The front door opens onto the first floor landing which looks directly over the courtyard to sea. On the left is the master-bedroom with dressing area and en suite shower/WC. Set in one corner of this spacious room is a raised jacuzzui bath which looks across the romantic four-poster bed to the sea beyond. Doors open onto the spacious balcony which covers the entire façade of the house.
The second master-bedroom is located at the other side of the landing and provides all bar the four-poster bed - having a large double instead! Doors open onto the spacious and well-furnished balcony which affords the most beautiful views across the bay.
GROUND FLOOR
Internal steps lead down to the ground floor. To the left is a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD, CD player and iPod dock and a dining area with seating for six people. A small secluded shady garden courtyard is located behind the sitting room and provides a peaceful retreat to retire to with a good book.
The corridor leads past the third bedroom (with en suite shower/WC) to the large fully-fitted kitchen. A separate WC and a utility room is located by the steps.
POOL AREA & GARDENS
In our opinion no matter how lovely the house it is the outdoor terraces and gardens with their stunning views that - in combination with the waterfront - provide the highlight of Villa Ayse.
Sliding doors open from the kitchen and sitting room onto a large courtyard terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco and which enjoys spectacular views. This leads out to the infinity pool and in turn a few steps descend from the pool to an attractive lawn which is dotted with sun beds.
As if that were not enough, separate steps lead down from the pool terrace to the lower ground level. These pass the utility & caretaker's room and on to an even larger lawn replete with elegant garden furniture in which to relax and, you guessed it - enjoy those fabulous views!
PRIVATE WATERFRONT
The beach platforms are entirely private, a wonderful luxury and a highlight of this beautiful property.
Steep steps lead down and across a track to the new private terraces. The area is shared by guests of Villas Ayse and Aurelia with guests able to enjoy their own private platforms. Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use the two-seater kayak provided.
Kindly note: that in Turkey the entire coastline is open to the public. However, access in this case can only come from the sea and is therefore most unlikely.
