GROUND FLOOR
Entrance is into a corridor which leads past bedroom 2 and into the vast open-plan sitting room and kitchen. This spacious room has a feature fire-place in the centre of the room, double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling French Windows which open onto the terrace that covers the entire facing of the house.
Huge picture windows at the rear of this room frame the cliffs behind. The fully-fitted kitchen has sliding doors that open onto a large terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco and enjoys spectacular views.
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4: are to be found on this level.
Bedroom 2 has a super kingsize double bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have special beds that can be made up as a double or twin (please advise at the time of booking). All are a good size and have floor-to-ceiling French Windows that open onto the terrace and pool beyond. Each has en suite shower/WC.
A separate W/C is also on this level.

GALLERIED SITTING ROOM
This second sitting room which overlooks the main sitting room is designed for pure relaxation housing the TV/DVD, CD player and ipod dock. The huge sofa (which is also a double sofa-bed) is a wonderful place to relax and admire the views from the gallery windows to the cliffs behind.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 – the Master Bedroom
This beautiful room has a cantilevered high ceiling and a wall of glass with a balcony that looks over the gardens and pool below across the delta to the sea in the distance. A window at the rear looks down on the sitting room and up to the cliffs behind.
A super kingsize bed is positioned to maximize those views and the room is completed by a unique semi-circular bathroom at the rear with bath, shower/WC and, needless to say, a fabulous view!
POOL AREA & GARDENS
The grounds are enormous. The terrace that covers the entire front of the house leads into the gardens that provide many areas – some wild, some cultivated – in which to relax at differing times of the day. The centre piece of the grounds is the swimming pool which with a radius of 15 metres has to be the most impressive we have yet to see in a private house!
