Bodoska Evi Layout (Two-bedroom villa suitable for up to 3 guests)


A path winds through an alley from the road to the villa or you can park your inclusive vehicle next to the villa up a steep drive.

The swimming pool and pool terrace are in front of the house and afford stunning views across the Kaya Valley towards the ‘ghost village’ of Kayaköy. Entrance to the house is through the terrace and provides
a lovely spot in which to relax and dine in the evening.

GROUND FLOOR ONLY
The front door opens into a large fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area with seating for four people.

A corridor leads from the kitchen, past a shower/WC to the two-tiered sitting room. This consists of a quiet reading room (which can serve as a third bedroom for a child on a divan bed) with steps down to the highlight of Bodoska Evi - its very own arched-ceilinged sitting room which is a beautifully renovated chapel.

The sitting room has a TV/DVD & CD player. Doors open directly out onto the pool terrace from this room.

A corridor leads from the kitchen to the second spacious double with shower/WC. The bedroom window has magnificent views across the valley and mountainside.

FIRST FLOOR
Steps lead up from the rear of the villa to the new master double bedroom on the first floor. This room is new for 2008 and will provide stunning views across the Kaya valley.
