POOL AREA & GARDENS
The walled garden opens onto the swimming pool and pool terrace with sun beds, shade and an area for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the wild gardens where plans are afoot to plant a vegetable garden.

GROUND FLOOR
The front door opens onto an open-plan room with double-height ceiling. This room is divided into separate areas: a comfortable sitting room with Satellite TV/ DVD and CD player, dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen. A separate shower/WC is located on this level.

FIRST FLOOR
Internal steps up to the two bedrooms: a master double bedroom and a twin, both with balcony. A bathroom with shower/WC is located between the rooms.

ROOF TERRACE
Steps lead up to the roof terrace which affords spectacular views across the hillside to Kalkan, and beyond to the sea. Sun beds are provided, making this a perfect spot in which to relax and admire the view
