Villa prices are displayed per person based on two person occupancy of a villa regardless of the number it actually sleeps. The charge for each additional adult or child in a villa is £550 (regardless of duration, however flight supplements do apply).

Private Villa Escapes are priced based on self-catering and include flights, transfers and a jeep, air-conditioned car or 'inclusive item' as indicated in the property description.

Inclusive Items

All prices include flights (if applicable), transfers and self-catering accommodation.

Additional complimentary items include: a Gulet Cruise, Turkish Bath at the Kalkan Regency, Exclusive Escapes beach towel to keep, a well provisioned Arrival Hamper and Sunday Brunch at The Regency on arrival.

Pre-launch Bookings for 2011
Please note that all 'pre-launch' bookings for 2011 are taken on the understanding that not all those properties and services featured in our current website will necessarily be available in 2011. Specific services will be confirmed online when the 2011 portfolio is released in November/December 2010.

Payment Terms

The balance for these special offers is due in full at the time of booking.

We do, of course, understand that not all guests wish to pay the full balance at this stage. Should you prefer to not pay in full, please add 5% to the adult prices and pay a deposit of £350 per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
