Owned by the incredibly friendly (French-speaking) George and Kiki – who guests adore – the Kiki is located next door to Porto Fiscardo looking directly over the beach and provides a simple, relaxed and wonderful base from which you can explore and enjoy Fiscardo.

The property consists of a selection of apartments and studios divided between two buildings. Each has a balcony or terrace which offers sea or garden views. The swimming pool is in the pleasant garden at the rear of the property, and its surrounding terrace provides views across Kiki and out to sea. In addition to the private terraces for each apartment and pool area, Kiki also has a private terraced garden overlooking the beach, where guests can enjoy many a lazy hour appreciating the spectacular view across the water to Ithaca.

We should point out that Kiki is undoubtedly the simplest property in our portfolio. However, the charming décor, the excellent location and most significantly, the wondrous warmth of your
hosts, all combined to ensure the property received the most fabulous feedback from guests last summer.
