EXCURSIONS
It would be a great shame to come to such a beautiful and diverse island without taking the time to appreciate its delights. We appreciate that guests may well be interested in exploring the local environment, but the idea of a typical ‘organized’ excursion does not fill them with enthusiasm.

We therefore encourage guests to explore the island under your own steam by car, boat and foot.

Our assistants are more than happy to help you plan your independent exploration of the region. Please do feel free to utilise our local team’s knowledge and enthusiasm.

WALKING/TREKKING
The walking in and around our featured regions is superb. Maps featuring researched walks and treks will be made available upon your arrival.

SPECIAL PRE-BOOKED CAR HIRE RATES
Due to the excellent road infrastructure, we believe the island is ideally suited for exploration by car. To this end we highly recommend hiring a car for some stage of your stay in order to allow you to explore Cephalonia with complete independence.

PRE-BOOKED MOTOR BOAT HIRE IN FISCARDO
In our opinion the use of a motor boat completes the whole Fiscardo experience, offering a unique and unusual opportunity to explore the island from a different vantage point.
