At Exclusive Escapes we have always focused on offering to our Guests properties of outstanding quality & sophistication.

We are always pleased to find properties that we feel are exceptional in terms of luxury, aspect and style - and in the case of the two villas at Korsan Koy (Pirates Bay) we feel we have made quite an extraordinary discovery. These two elegant, luxurious villas - each with private waterfront - rival the very best that Kalkan, and possibly the entire Lycian Coast has to offer.

Set on the hillside overlooking their own private bay and only a short drive from Kalkan, they benefit from exceptional views offered by the changing light over the hillsides and the water - a beautiful backdrop to the design of the houses themselves.

Each of the villas has five bedrooms over three floors, and each one has floor to ceiling picture windows so you can drink in those astonishing views. The huge pool terrace with infinity pool and hot tub jacuzzi  then leads you through to the wild grounds down the hillside to the private waterfront with beach platforms and the private jetty.

The emphasis here is on space - with each of the villas being set in considerable private land. The rear terraces are home to rock gardens and a games area - complete with a pool table and table tennis.

Private Waterfront & Beach Platforms

A wonderful luxury and the one of the highlights of Korsan Koy is that each villa has an entirely private waterfront stretching for approximately 50 metres along the secluded bay.

Wooden steps lead through the wild grounds down to the terraces & jetty. The top level houses a kitchenette and dining area, designed to allow guests to enjoy the stunning waterfront throughout the day and evening.

A few more steps lead on down to the spacious beach platform and jetty which overlook the aquamarine waters of the private bay. Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds, swim in the crystal-clear waters or even take advantage of the two-seat kayak provided.
