Exclusive Villa Escapes Villa Kral, Kalkan

This stunningly located house is one of only two villas in Kalkan that has its own private waterfront and beach platform, the other being the adjacent Mavi Koy.

The sophisticated design of the property maximizes the impact of the superb views of Kalkan bay, and it perfectly combines a sense of space (both inside and out), with effortless elegance and superb location.

The setting, overlooking the turquoise waters of the private waterfront, in combination with the space – both inside and out – is what makes Villa Kral so special.

It is a four-bedroom property, and another of our villas that has been designed as a private house, rather than as a holiday let. It is spaciously laid out over three floors, with many outdoor areas in which to relax, including of course the superb beach platform – this makes it ideal for friends travelling together, families, and also smaller parties looking to luxuriate in the space and stunning location.

Steps lead down to the private platform and a small (shared) jetty which overlook the turquoise waters. Guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds in the shade of the olive trees, stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use one of the two kayaks provided.

For additional water sports, a telephone number is provided for the local company who will happily pop over with a boatload of water sport toys for your enjoyment.
