Villa Kral Layout (Four/five-bedroom villa suitable for up to 8 guests – 10 using games room & 14 with camp beds)


Steep drive from main road to car parking and entrance to:

FIRST FLOOR (property built on hillside)
The front door opens into a large open-plan sitting room and dining area with picture windows that provide dramatic views across the bay. A door opens into the fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. A utility room and separate WC are located by the entrance.

French windows open from the sitting room and kitchen onto the spacious terrace with pergola shaded dining area (with sound system), barbecue, separate shaded reading area, berbecue, and large private pool with outdoor shower. The views from here are, of course, quite superb.

SECOND FLOOR
Internal steps lead from the entrance to the two master double bedrooms (which are large rooms with kingsize double beds and comfortable seating) and the third twin bedroom. All three rooms have en suite shower/WC and the main master bedroom has a dressing area.

The views from all three bedrooms are spectacular, with two opening onto a huge terrace which covers the facing of the villa and one side. This terrace is shared by the main master bedroom and the twin. The second master bedroom has a private balcony.

GROUND FLOOR
External steps lead from the first floor pool terrace down to the fourth bedroom and games room.

Entrance to the fourth bedroom is from a terrace with sea views. The feature of this spacious room is the four-poster bed which affords fabulous views out to sea. Steps lead up to the en suite shower/WC.

The games room is located next to this bedroom, and has access from both the terrace and the bedroom. This spacious and comfortable room is fitted with a plasma screen TV/DVD and houses a small selection of games. The room has two good-sized sofa beds and an en suite shower/WC thus creating a fifth bedroom or second sitting room, if required, and is indicative of the amount of private space available to guests, even when the villa is fully occupied.

PRIVATE BEACH PLATFORM
Steep steps lead down from the garden to the private beach platform (separate from Mavi Koy) and shared jetty.

Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds in the shade of the olive trees overlooking the turquoise waters stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use one of the two-seater kayaks provided or the 9HP dinghy.
