Mahal Villas - Ying Layout (Three-bedroom villa suitable for up to 6 guests)

Steps up steep hillside from car parking to entrance:

FIRST FLOOR (as property built on hillside)
The front door opens onto an extremely large open-plan room with high ceiling divided into separate areas: a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD and CD player, and a large fully-fitted kitchen.

Sliding doors open onto a large terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco and which enjoys spectacular views.

The third bedroom, a twin with en suite shower/WC is located on this level and has French windows opening onto the pool terrace.

SECOND FLOOR
Internal steps lead up to the spacious master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass windows which afford magnificent sea views from the kingsize bed. The contemporary bathroom includes shower/WC.

French windows open onto the private balcony which in turn opens onto the huge roof terrace. The sea views from within and without are truly stunning.

GROUND FLOOR
Exterior steps lead from the first floor terrace and pool terrace to the ground floor. A large terrace runs along the entire frontage of the second master bedroom with kingsize double bed and en suite shower/WC. The room also has a wonderfully self indulgent Jacuzzi bath with stunning sea views.

This room is again glass-fronted providing spectacular views with the private terrace opening onto the lower (& larger) swimming pool and gardens.

POOL AREA & GARDENS
A few steps lead down from the first floor sitting room to the top infinity pool and pool terrace with sun beds and shade. A waterfall and further steps lead down to the second (& larger) pool at ground floor level.

To one end of this pool is a small garden which is located at ground floor level where the shaded hammock provides another corner in which to hide away with a book and admire the view.
