Meryem Evi Layout (Three-bedroom villa suitable for up to 5 guests)

Entrance is into a walled courtyard that leads to the front door or into the garden.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance is into the fully-fitted kitchen which leads into the high-ceilinged open-plan room divided into two separate areas: a sitting room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, and a dining room. Both areas are overlooked by the gallery above and the dining area leads out to the terrace for alfresco dining. This terrace in turn leads on to the garden and pool area.

A door leads from the sitting room into a corridor which opens onto a small single bedroom (with fan but not air-conditioning), a separate shower/WC and the second double bedroom. This bedroom has French windows which open onto the dining terrace and pool area.

FIRST FLOOR
Stairs from the sitting room lead up to a gallery and on to the master double bedroom with en suite bath, shower/WC. The gallery crosses the sitting room and opens onto a large terrace with fabulous views across the Kaya valley.

THE GARDEN AREA
The front and one side of Meryem Evi are home to the beautiful and spacious garden, which provides several nooks and crannies where you can relax, including a hammock in a corner of the lawn, areas around the pool or terracing to the side of the cottage.
