Food & Wine at Beyaz Yunus Faralya
The rooms overlook the vegetable gardens which provide many of the ingredients for the menus. As a restaurateur of some repute, Mehmet considers food to be a vitally important part of the Beyaz Yunus Faralya experience. Guests will enjoy meals of the highest quality prepared from the freshest of ingredients.
Breakfast and evening meals are included for all guests at Beyaz Yunus Faralya. As a sign of how welcoming the service is, the substantial breakfast is served throughout the morning until eleven o’clock. This may be taken wherever you wish – on the waterside cliff edge looking over the sea; in the communal kitchen; or your room. Lunch and drinks are available throughout the day and picnics can be provided for those going exploring.
The evening meal is a culinary highlight. Substantial amounts of good, healthy fare are provided to replenish the energy levels of those who have spent the day trekking, kayaking, swimming or simply relaxing (the latter can be strenuous!).
Guests are welcome to pick their own vegetables from the gardens and those with an interest are encouraged to help in the kitchen, or just watch and learn a new recipe or two.
Every Tuesday afternoon we provide the opportunity for guests to enjoy the sights and smells of the weekly market in Fethiye for a short while prior to taking a boat from Fethiye harbour for the short journey to the remote island of Kizil Ada.
This is the superb location of the new Beyaz Yunus restaurant - created by the famous White Dolphin team. Guests can relax in the glorious surroundings prior to enjoying a special meal.
Obviously a property of this size cannot provide an enormous menu, but we are sure you will enjoy the variety provided throughout the week. Leyla and Yalcin present the menu a day in advance. If there is something not suited to your tastes, simply inform them that day and they can amend their shopping accordingly.
