Boutique Hotel Prices are displayed per person based on two person occupancy of a room type regardless of the number it actually sleeps. If applicable, the charge for each additional adult or child in a room is £475 (regardless of duration).

Hotel prices include bed & breakfast, flights, transfers and complimentary items such as a Gulet Cruise as indicated in the property description.

Inclusive Items


All prices include flights, transfers and half board throughout your stay.

Additional complimentary items include: a Fethiye Gulet Cruise (subject to availability only), Trekking 3 times weekly (twice in July & August), Sea Canoe (with each room),  Fethiye Market and Kizil Ada Island Beach & Restaurant (Tuesday), and an Exclusive Escapes beach towel to keep.

Payment Terms

The balance for these special offers is due in full at the time of booking.

We do, of course, understand that not all guests wish to pay the full balance at this stage. Should you prefer to not pay in full, please add 10% to the adult prices and pay a deposit of £200 per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
