GROUND FLOOR - the property is L-shaped and on one level.

The magnificent – and original – front door opens into a large open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen.

A door leads from the sitting area into the first master double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. The second master double bedroom, with en suite shower/WC, leads from the kitchen area. This room in turn opens into a narrow room that can be used as a third twin bedroom (with beds aligned head to head), again with en suite shower/WC. Alternatively, if not required as a bedroom, it can be made up as a second sitting/reading room.
