Route 5 – Private Whole Boat Charter Only
Special Greek Island Cruise Göcek – rhodes – Symi - Datça - Selimye

We are delighted to be the sole company offering this exciting route which provides many varied experiences, including the Greek islands of rhodes and Symi.

Saturday
Arrive and spend the first night in Göcek marina.

Sunday
A lazy day are spent exploring the unspoilt islands of the Gulf of Göcek with plenty of opportunity for water sports and sailing. Overnight at Aga Limani or Diº Gobun Bay.

Monday
The next morning you cruise onto the fabulous beach at Iztuzu, at the mouth of the Dalyan Delta and famous as a protected home of the loggerhead sea turtle. A riverboat can be hired (payable locally) on which you can further explore the glorious delta including the Carian site at kaunos, Dalyan town, the mud and sulphur baths and Lake köycegiz.

In the afternoon cruise to Marmaris where guests can explore the old city and new marina whilst the Captain deals with the paperwork for Greece. The evening is spent in kumlubük or kadirga Bays.

Tuesday
Explore the Loryma peninsula having lunch beneath the castle ramparts at Loryma. The afternoon is spent cruising to the Greek Island of rhodes where the evening is spent in the old port of rodos.

Wednesday
In the morning the gulet explores the coast of rhodes before crossing to the beautiful Greek island of Symi for an evening in one of Greece’s most picturesque harbours.

Thursday
The following day is spent in exploration of the island’s coastline prior to crossing over to the Datça Peninsula where guests then have a choice. Either, take a long cruise to the ancient site of knidos, and then onto the harbour at Datça for coffee (and crew paperwork). Or, cruise directly to Datça for lunch and then move onto the well-renowned beach at Plamiye Buku, and spend the afternoon and evening enjoying this beautiful region, overnighting at Palmiye or Bencik Bay. If electing to visit knidos, guests can then choose to either spend the evening in harbour of Datça or move on to the bay of kargi.

Friday
A day exploring the beautiful bays of the Datça and Bozburun Peninsulas overnighting in the region of koca Bahce Bay.

Saturday
The week concludes in the pretty rural village of Selimye– a two-hour thirty-minute transfer from the airport.

Special Notes for routes 5 & 5a
i. A supplement is applicable to this route to cover additional fuel together with official charges and harbour fees in Greece.
Per boat: Aleyna £450, Seyhan Hanna & Parlak M. £550
ii. Gulets can only visit Greek waters with a maximum of 12 guests onboard.
iii. halki: Should you wish to add a visit to this beautiful Greek Island to your itinerary make the following adjustments to the routes above:
5: Monday - Fethiye to rhodes, Tuesday – Halki, Wednesday - Symi
5a: Monday – Symi (as original), Tuesday – Halki, Wednesday – rhodes, Thursday – either Marmaris or Fethiye as prefered.
Fuel and harbour fees supplement (in addition to item i.): £400 per boat.
