FIRST FLOOR
POOL TERRACE & OPEN-AIR KITCHEN DINING AREA

At the rear of the spacious terrace is a small building that houses the fully-fitted kitchen, complete with oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the alfresco dining area.

The terrace then leads onto the semicircular pool area with sun beds and shades. Astonishing views can be found from all parts of this remarkable roof terrace.

Steps lead down from the terrace to the ‘honeymoon’ bedroom.

GROUND FLOOR
The entire frontage of this semi-circular room (divided between the bedroom and bathroom) is floor-to-ceiling glass. The bedroom décor is pure white and the queensize bed looks directly down the valley to Patara.

The ‘fantasy’ bathroom is virtually equal in size to the bedroom and has wooden decking flooring and a contemporary shower/WC – but the highlight is the mounted, circular Jacuzzi bath that looks directly down the mountainside to the sea!
