SECOND FLOOR (as property built on hillside)
The front door opens into a lobby that looks down onto the sitting room below. A door opens into the spacious master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass windows which afford magnificent sea views from the kingsize bed. Sliding doors open onto the private balcony, which of course has those fabulous views! The contemporary bathroom includes shower/WC.
FIRST FLOOR
The staircase passes the second master bedroom, also a kingsize double, which is a similar size and almost identical layout of the first.
GROUND FLOOR
Steps lead down to an extremely large open-plan room with double-height ceiling divided into separate areas: a comfortable sitting room with portable DVD and CD player, dining area, and a large fully-fitted kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows are the highlight of this room providing a real ‘inside & out’ feel.
Sliding doors open onto a large terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco and which enjoys spectacular views.
POOL AREA & GARDENS
The sitting room leads out to the pool terrace furnished with sun beds and shaded by a striking blue sail. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped however the highlight is without doubt the infinity pool with its shaded ‘cave’ and stunning views.
