GROUND FLOOR
Entrance is into an open-plan high-ceilinged room which is divided into three separate areas: a fully-fitted kitchen, a sitting room with TV, DVD and CD player and a small kösk (traditional sitting area) tucked away in a corner. Also on this level is a WC. French windows open onto the pool terrace and garden in front.

FIRST FLOOR
Stairs from the sitting room lead up to the spacious galleried bedroom, with en suite shower/WC, which looks down on the sitting room. French windows from the bedroom open onto balconies to the front and back, providing lovely views in one direction across the valley, and in the other to Kayaköy (the ‘Ghost Village’). Please note that the property is close to the mosque, so guests will certainly hear the call to prayer!

THE GARDEN AREA
The sitting room opens onto the garden terrace. This is perfect for dining alfresco, and overlooks the garden, which is a decent size, and the swimming pool, which is surrounded by an attractive decking area and is shaded by a tree.
