Zavalata Waterfront enjoys the most idyllic location, sitting quite literally on the water’s edge, looking across the water to the island of Ithaca!

The property is the original family house of the owners of Porto Fiscardo, whose facilities are fully available to Zavalata Waterfront guests. Each of the three floors is home to a self-contained apartment with two or three-bedrooms.

In addition to the extraordinary waterfront setting, each apartment is comfortably furnished with a kitchen that allows you to self-cater on those rare days you may choose not to eat out in one of Fiscardo’s many restaurants.

Steps lead down to the swimming platform which is shared with your fellow Zavalata Waterfront guests. Additionally the nearby Porto Fiscardo pool area with its two terraces is available for your enjoyment.
The delightful Aristea (who runs both properties) spends much of her time here in the Pool Bar, where drinks, light lunches and snacks are served daily – thus providing a hotel-like service for all the apartments.
