GROUND FLOOR ONLY
Entrance is directly into an open-plan room. The room is divided into a comfortable sitting area with TV/DVD and CD player, separate dining area with seating for four people and a fully-fitted kitchen.
A hallway leads on the left to the master double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. Across the hall is the second twin bedroom with twin beds. The second shower/WC is entered from the hallway.
SWIMMING POOL
The front door opens onto a terrace that runs along the facing of the villa. This leads to the pool and pool terrace which are located behind and to one side of the villa.
As the villa is directly on the waterfront every terrace and window affords fabulous sea views.
