GROUND FLOOR
Entrance is into an open-plan room divided into three separate areas: a fully-fitted kitchen, a sitting room with TV, DVD and CD player and a small reading room. Also on this level is the bathroom with cubicled shower and WC.
FIRST FLOOR
Stairs from the sitting room lead up to the bedroom on a mezannine level. French windows from the bedroom open onto the balcony which affords wonderful views across the valley.
THE GARDEN AREA
The front door of the house opens onto a shaded terrace area with decking and seating and a built-in barbecue. A path leads past a hammock, through the spacious gardens to the pool which is surrounded by decking.
