We certainly appreciate that next summer seems a long way off. Indeed our 2010 programme is already approximately 15% full!

Price Guarantee - 2010
Our stated aim is to reward guests for booking early in terms of both choice and price. In order to ensure you are rewarded and not penalised for booking early we guarantee that if we reduce the price at a later date for the specific holiday you have chosen we will automatically offer you an upgrade to your holiday. We would stress that it is highly unlikely our prices will be reduced at a future date.
Special Notes
- The term ‘specific holiday’ includes any of: payment term, date of departure, departure airport, room type and inclusive items
- The Price Guarantee is valid with the exception only of significant circumstances beyond our control
- ‘Upgrade’ can be a room type, property or service, as offered by Exclusive Escapes
- The Price Guarantee is valid for all bookings placed prior to 1 May 2010.

2010 Services and Booking Amendments
Kindly note that all bookings are taken on the understanding that not all those flights, properties and services featured in our current website will necessarily be available in 2010. Specific services will be confirmed online when the 2010 portfolio is released.
We are currently working on finalising our programme and services for next summer, with full details of our new portfolio and affiliated services becoming available online during the course of November.
Should something new catch your eye at that point, subject to availability, you are more than welcome to alter your property, departure date and/or offer, without amendment charge, prior to December 19th 2009 (the relevant new holiday cost is applicable).
