FLEXIBLE DURATIONS - any date, duration, airport or Accommodation Only


We recognise that guests may prefer to travel for durations other than 7 or 14 nights, on departure days other than those of our own Saturday flights, from differing airports around the world or perhaps require no flights at all. We happily provide stays of differing durations with or without flights.

THE FOLLOWING RATES ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL OUR COASTAL HOTELS AND VILLAS IN TURKEY AND THE IONIAN

  • Prices include accommodation as described together with airport transfers on arrival and departure (flights are not initially included).

7 & 14 Night Holidays on any day NOT using Exclusive Escapes flights - see No/Other Flights.

1-9 Night Holidays

The minimum stay in any property for costing purposes is three nights (hotels) or seven nights (villas and gulets).
Guests can of course stay for fewer nights as long as the three night cost is applied.

Create a price in just a few simple stages:

Stage 1:  Take the 7 night Saturday price for property of choice from No/Other Flights.
If your holiday covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied.

Stage 2:  Divide by 7 & multiply by the relevant number of nights (minimum 3 nights)

Stage 3 (if applicable):  Exclusive Escapes Flights
Apply the cost of a one-way flight with Exclusive Escapes:
May, Jun & Oct:   £100 (£75 for additional guests)
Jul, Aug & Sept:  £150 (£75 for additional guests)

Stage 4 (if applicable):  Other Flights
Apply the cost of an ad hoc flight (one-way or return) arranged by you or us

Example Costing: Ece on Şövalye for 9 nights departing on a Thursday in June
Out on ad hoc flight - return on an Exclusive Escapes flight
Costs per person based on 2 person occupancy of a room

Stage 1:     Ece on Şövalye for 7 nights (No/Other Flights) = £500 (example offer price)
Stage 2:     £500 / by 7 = £72 (round up) x 9 nights = £648
Stage 3:     + £100 (one-way Exclusive Escapes flight - if applicable)
Stage 4:     + £125 (example approximate ad hoc flight cost - if applicable) 

Cost with ad hoc flights & transfers:            9 nights = £873 (7 nights on a Saturday with Exclusive Escapes flights = £650, 14 nights = £1000)
Accommodation Only - with transfers:               9 nights = £648

  • Please note: On extremely rare occasions the cost of a 9 night holiday can be greater than that of 10 or 11 nights - in which case the lower rate will always apply.

10 & 11 Night Holidays

 Choose 10 or 11 nights as you prefer - the price is exactly the same!

Use the formula above but apply the 14 night price (not 7 nights), divide by 14 and multiply by 11 - in BOTH cases. 

12 Nights and all durations above


Use the formula above but apply the 14 night price (not 7 nights), divide by 14 and multiply by the relevant number of nights.

Split/Multi Centre Flexible Durations


Experience the very best of the coast staying in your properties of choice for a minimum of three nights in each (7 nights villas)

Stage 1:  Apply the formula above relevant to your stay in EACH PROPERTY, taking the price from THE DATES OF OCCUPATION FOR EACH PROPERTY (if your stay in a property covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied)

Stage 2:  Add each property sub-total together.

Stage 3:  Add the transfer costs between your chosen properties or car hire if you prefer to drive yourself.

COMPARISON COSTING FOR SATURDAY ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE:

Split Centre - Two Properties Only
i.e. 7 nights in The Kalkan Regency and 5 nights at The Dionysos Estate
Apply EITHER the formula above OR this method - WHICHEVER IS THE LOWER.

8-14 Night Holiday:  Using the original date of departure, take the 14 night price for each property from the Gatwick / Heathrow rates, add them together and then divide by two (there is no further reduction regardless of duration). This creates your cost per person from which you deduct £75 per person for each flight not taken with Exclusive Escapes (£75 outbound & £75 inbound), and then add the the transfer costs between your chosen properties or car hire if you prefer to drive yourself. Finally, if applicable, add the cost of any ad hoc flights (booked by us or you as you prefer).

2-7 Night Holiday:     As above but apply the 7 night rate.
15 nights and over:  As above for the first 14 nights and then add the 'Extra Week' cost for each week or part week of additional occupancy.

Special Notes for all Flexible Holidays


Minimum Stay
The minimum stay in any property for costing purposes is:  Hotel - three nights and Villa or Gulet - seven nights. Guests can of course stay for fewer nights as long as the three (or seven) night cost is applied.

Pricing
If your holiday covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied.

If using Excluisve Escapes flights (return or one-way) but NOT utilising Exclusive Escapes accommodation for your entire stay - and the overall period of your stay covers two of our departure rates - an additional charge of £50 per person is due to cover seat imbalances on our aircraft.

Flights
We are happy to purchase flight seats on your behalf on the understanding that full payment for these must be made at the time of booking and tickets are non-refundable or transferable. Please note that some airlines require you to book your own flights as your own credit card is required at check-in for security purposes.

Airport Transfers
Are included in the advertised prices. If not required a nominal reduction of £50 (£25 one-way) can be deducted from the booking (not per person) cost.

Complimentary Items
Any complimentary items usually provided (such as a Gulet Cruise) are not included for overall holiday durations lower than 7 nights.

Exclusive Gulets
For logistical reasons guests for our Exclusive Gulets must arrive and/or depart on a Saturday, otherwise the ‘Extra Week’  costs will be applicable as relevant for each week or part week of additional occupation.

Private Villas
The Flexible Holiday costs displayed above and in No/Other Flights can be applied to all our villas.
