Flexible Durations, Other Flights & Accommodation Only


ANY DATE  -  DURATION  -  PROPERTY  -  DEPARTURE AIRPORT

We recognise that guests may sometimes prefer to travel for durations other than 7 or 14 nights, on departure days other than those of our own Saturday flights (from Heathrow, Manchester or Gatwick), from differing airports around the world or perhaps simply require a rate for accommodation only.

Marginally, the most cost effective way to enjoy our holidays is to utilise our own flights, however we are more than happy to provide stays of differing durations with or without flights.

Should our exclusive flights not be suited to your requirements, charter flights depart from various UK and European airports on differing days of the week as do scheduled flights, with Turkish Airlines routing via Istanbul to Dalaman on the Lycian Coast and Olympic Airlines via Athens to Cephalonia. We are happy to book these on your behalf and advise any additional costs or for you to arrange your own flights as you prefer.

Please apply the following costing methods to ALL Flexible Holidays on The Lycian Coast & Cephalonia for:

ALL HOTELS* - any day of arrival / any room / any duration (minimum stay 3 nights)
VILLAS, GULETS & Hotel Villa Mahal* (see special notes below)

3 - 7 Night Holidays

The minimum stay in any property for costing purposes is three nights. Guests can of course stay for fewer nights as long as the three night cost is applied.

Create a price in five simple stages:

Stage 1:  Take the 7 night Saturday price for property of choice - offers do apply. If your holiday covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied.

Stage 2:  Deduct £150 for non-use of an Exclusive Escapes return flight or £75 if using an Exclusive Escapes flight one-way

Stage 3:  Divide by 7 & multiply by the relevant number of nights (minimum 3 nights)

Stage 4:  If applicable (i.e. for each non-Exclusive Escapes flight that you require a transfer) add the relevant Private Transfer Costs

Stage 5:  If applicable, apply the ad hoc flight cost - arranged by you or us

Example Costing: Ece on Şövalye for 5 nights departing on a Wednesday
Costs per person based on 2 person occupancy of a room

Stage 1:     Ece on Şövalye for 7 nights = £600 (example offer price)
Stage 2:     - £150 (non-use of Exclusive Escapes flight or £75 if one way)
Stage 3:     £450 / by 7 = £64.28 x 5 nights = £322 (round up)
Stage 4:     + £70 (Private Transfer costs Dalaman/Fethiye return, £70 each way)
Stage 5:     Ad hoc flight cost (if applicable) - approximately £250

Cost with ad hoc flights & transfers:            5 nights = £642 (7 nights = £760)
Cost with ad hoc flights - no transfers:              5 nights = £572 (7 nights = £700)
Accommodation Only - with transfers:               5 nights = £392 (7 nights = £510)
Accommodation Only - no transfers:                 5 nights = £322 (7 nights = £450)

8 - 13 Night Holidays

Create a price in six simple stages:

Stage 1:  Take the difference between the 7 & 14 night Saturday price for property of choice - offers do apply. If your holiday covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied.

Stage 2:  Divide by 7 & multiply by the relevant number of nights above 7 (i.e. 3 if a ten night holiday)

Stage 3:  Add the 7 night Saturday price for property of choice - offers do apply. If your holiday covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied.

Stage 4:  Deduct £150 for non-use of an Exclusive Escapes return flight or £75 if using an Exclusive Escapes flight one-way

Stage 5:  If applicable (i.e. for each non-Exclusive Escapes flight that you require a transfer) add the relevant Private Transfer Costs

Stage 6:  If applicable, apply the ad hoc flight cost - arranged by you or us

Stage 1:     Example offer prices: 7nts £600 & 14nts £800. Difference = £200
Stage 2:     £200 / by 7 = £28.57 x 3 nights = £86 (round up)
Stage 3:     + Ece on Şövalye for 7 nights = £600 (offer price)
Stage 4:     - £150 (non-use of Exclusive Escapes flight or £75 if one way)
Stage 5:     + £70 (Private Transfer costs Dalaman/Gocek return, £70 each way)
Stage 6:     Ad hoc flight cost (if applicable) - approximately £250

Cost with ad hoc flights & transfers:            10 nights = £856 (14 nights = £960)
Cost with ad hoc flights - no transfers:              10 nights = £786 (14 nights = £900)
Accommodation Only - with transfers:               10 nights = £606 (14 nights = £710)
Accommodation Only - no transfers:                 10 nights = £536 (14 nights = £650)

14 Nights & Above

Use the 3-7 nights formula (see above) but apply the 14 night price (not 7 nights) and divide by 14.

Special Notes for all Flexible Holidays

  • The minimum stay in any property for costing purposes is three nights. Guests can of course stay for fewer nights as long as the three night cost is applied.
  • If your holiday covers two of our departure dates the more expensive rate should be applied.
  • Deductions for non-use of an Exclusive Escapes flight.
    The deducted figure is a nominal sum that contributes towards the imbalance in bed nights caused by durations and arrivals other than 7 nights on a Saturday.
  • We are happy to purchase flight seats on your behalf on the understanding that full payment for these must be made at the time of booking and tickets are non-refundable or transferable. 
  • Kindly note that some airlines require you to book your own flights as your own credit card is required at check-in for security purposes.
  • Any complimentary items usually provided (such as a Gulet Cruise) are not included for durations lower than 7 nights.

 Private Villas with Pool, Gulets & Hotel Villa Mahal*

  • Guests for Villas*, Gulets and Hotel Villa Mahal must arrive and/or depart on a Saturday, otherwise the ‘extra week’  costs will be applicable as relevant for each week or part week of additional occupation.
