As the hotel enjoys a remote location half-board is provided. Far from being an archetypal international half-board experience, Guests are presented each evening with a wide variety of mouth-watering cuisine which is easy on the eye and palate alike!

Dining at Bördübet 

The kitchen is excellent with an emphasis put on organic local produce which is used to create the very best regional dishes together with a few international ideas. Much of this produce comes from the hotel’s own organic gardens, from where guests are encouraged to pick their own fresh produce for the occasional snack.  

On most evenings an elaborate buffet-style dinner is served in the lovely, romantic riverside restaurant. Often (usually twice-weekly) special barbeques are held in the gardens under the palm trees, beautifully lit and accompanied by tasteful music.   

The Beach Club is home to the waterfront Ada Restaurant where on occasion a special seafood menu is presented for Guests to enjoy whilst luxuriating in the seafront location. An additional charge (payable locally) is made for this special experience.  

The hotel cellar is excellent and includes not only a wide variety of the best Turkish wines, but also a good selection of international ones too. The lovely Riverside Lounge Bar provides the perfect venue for a drink in the evening before and after dinner.   

Guests dining at the Beach Club can enjoy the Ada Bar and for those special occasions we recommend a visit to Gokova 360 Bar (which must be pre-arranged in situ). Steps lead up from the Beach Club, through ancient ruins to the peak of the hill. Here you can enjoy the most stunning sunset whilst admiring the panoramic views across the entire peninsula.
