We’re looking for dynamic individuals wishing to be part of our small telephone based reservations team in Richmond, Surrey. The Exclusive Escapes team and portfolio will always remain small and with complete focus on providing holidays of the highest quality for the most discerning of travellers.
We treat our Guests as individuals and our services are designed for those who, like us, abhor the concept of a package holiday.
Responsibilities include:
Acquiring a detailed understanding of our portfolio
Providing a personalised, informed telephone and email service to our Guests
Ticketing
Ordering supplies
Aiding the smooth day to day running of our office
General administrative duties
Skills preferred:
Knowledge of the travel industry, computer literate and educated to A Level standard or similar.

Should you have an interest in the role of an Exclusive Escapes Assistant for 2012 please feel welcome to contact us.
The role will begin early-April and run through to end-October. The position requires you to assist our guests with their individual requirements, to have the ability to react swiftly and professionally to a variety of different circumstances and above all provide an outstanding level of service. Full training will be provided.
Other key factors:
Excellent communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Continuing our excellent relationships with property owners and suppliers
Understanding individual guest requests and delivering excellent service
Knowledge of Turkey and spoken Turkish is preferred, however not necessary

All prices are presented initially per person for 2 Guests
The number of Guests can be adjusted and quoted during the Booking Process

Flight prices are inclusive of taxes and are offered at cost. Rates are CERTAIN to be better value than any other search as they are inclusive of subsidised Airport Transfers
