Fly in Comfort - with our unique Private Jet Terminal service from Stansted Fed-up with tedious airport delays, long queues at security clearance, catching the red-eye or being stuffed like sardines into a low-cost carrier which charges the earth for a sip of water? The answer lies with our new flagship flight - the first weekly tailor-made jet service provided by a UK operator. Guests will relish the chance to park one minute away from the private terminal and enjoy speedy check-in (from 30-minutes to an hour) and security clearance without going through the main terminal on the outbound flight. Of course a flight is still a flight, however Guest Feedback tells us that the measures we have put in place with our colleagues at the Inflite Private Jet Terminal and Titan Airways allows our Guests to enjoy a relaxed and truly unusual experience.
NEW for 2013 - our Exclusive Flight from London GatwickWe have created a special service for this Monarch aircraft which will operate exclusively on our behalf, departing each Saturday morning at 11:00. We have taken the entire aircraft out of the general Monarch fleet in order to provide a bespoke service. This means our Guests will enjoy a separate private check-in area at both Gatwick and Dalaman and all the items such as hot meals, bags and seating together which Monarch charge extra for are of course included within the Exclusive Escapes service.
Monarch scheduled service from ManchesterPracticalities dictate we take a different approach to our flight from Manchester. There is currently no airline that has a Manchester-based aircraft of the correct size for our market and the costs of flying an aircraft in on the day (as we used to with bmi) is in all frankness cost prohibitive. Our approach therefore is to take steps to ensure we provide our Guests with the best possible flight experience currently available direct from Manchester to Dalaman. This service includes the securing of most of the forward cabin with Additional Legroom seats for our Guests, together with standard seats in the rear cabin. We have also arranged a special check-in at Manchester (which ensures the communal check-in is avoided), a private check-in at Dalaman and all the items such as hot meals, bags and seating together which Monarch charge extra for are now included in our service. We would remark that this service is no match for our Stansted or Gatwick flights but, given that we are unable to operate our own aircraft on this route, it does certainly represent the best service available from Manchester to Dalaman. |

All flights can be interchanged for a supplement of £50 per person. This charge contributes towards seat imbalances and is in addition to any applicable flight supplements and Flight Upgrade charges.

Our Flagship Flight Service with spacious cabin layout and the only direct 'Premium Service' to Dalaman
We have created a special service for this aircraft which will operate exclusively on our behalf. This private flight includes an upgrade 'Priority Service'
A Monarch scheduled service on which most of the forward cabin - with seats offering Additional Legroom - is secured for our Guests, together with standard seats in the rear cabin. Special services have been pre-arranged for all our Guests.
Having had the benefit of a full season of operation we are delighted to announce that the entire experience has been a considerable success with Guest Feedback higher than it ever was for our bmi service. We will admit to being delighted, not to mention pleasantly surprised, by such a positive response as it is no secret that the change from bmi at Heathrow to Titan at the Private Jet Terminal, Stansted was not originally planned for 2012. The service took a few weeks to bed in as it had never been attempted previously and then ran superbly, with the fact that the overall feedback for the entire year was the best we have ever received, speaking for itself!
We have received many complimentary comments for which we are extremely grateful, but rather than repeat them all, we believe that this blog posted by Gretta Schifano, a journalist who travelled with her family, sums up the entire experience perfectly.
Most of our portfolio is available on any date and for any duration, with or without flights.
