Many of you who have travelled with us before know that we have taken great pride in our BMI service from Heathrow, which was very popular with our Guests. Of course, with our flexible approach you can fly from any airport for any duration, but many of our Guests enjoy the benefits of a premium service. Last year, BMI was bought by British Airways which led us to thinking long and hard about how we could make our flight service even better - and to us the logical conclusion was Private Tailor-made Charter.

Having now had the benefit of a full season of operation we are delighted to announce that the entire experience has been a considerable success with Guest Feedback higher than it ever was for our bmi service (see previous page). We are naturally thrilled by such a positive reaction in the first season and are delighted to continue to provide this innovative and unusual experience for our Guests.

How does it work?

Well, to secure this fantastic new service we moved our premium service to the Inflite Private Jet Terminal at London Stansted. To those fortunate to have flown from a private terminal, it really is another world.

You completely bypass most of the process you have come to expect. You go nowhere near the main Terminal - just drive to the Private Jet Lounge where your luggage is collected by a porter straight from the boot of your car. Luggage security is handled for you completely as you park, then head to the Lounge.

Check-in is one hour - and only thirty minutes for Premium Service.

It is a one minute walk to the Lounge from the car park - and then check-in and go through security directly into the lounge - which is only for our Guests. Here you can relax with refreshments whilst enjoying the unusual experience of looking directly out to your own aircraft only twenty metres away. When the flight is called you simply stroll on board to be greeted by the welcoming Titan Airways team.

On your return the aircraft disembarks through the main terminal for (UK Border agency) logistical reasons. You will be met airside by members of our Airport Team who will escort you through the security and baggage halls. Having collected your luggage you will be transferred quickly and efficiently to the Private Terminal car park (if required), with guests being in their cars and away within just 30-50 minutes of landing.

The Airline Service

We have secured the services of Titan Airways for our flagship flight. Titan is a Tailor-made Jet Charter Airline and has a fleet of modern aircraft ranging in size from 13 to 265 seats. The airline is privately owned operating successfully for the past 24 years and historically flying for the likes of Premier League football and Formula 1 teams, together with a range of clients from the music industry, blue chip companies and private individuals.

The aircraft-types we are using are configured to seat approximately 25% fewer guests than a normal charter, thus ensuring Guests sit in scheduled seat comfort throughout the cabin and enjoy what Titan describe as ‘Flying as it used to be’. Refreshingly this includes an on-board experience dedicated to service and not sales with meals and the full bar service offered with our compliments. We are also delighted to continue to provide the only flight from the UK to Dalaman with an upgrade Premium Service.

London Stansted - the location

For some Guests Stansted's location is a benefit, but we do understand that this is not the case for all.

The journey for Guests travelling from all points from the West, round to the South of England (and the same points within London) is an additional 55-minutes

For those living in all other areas the journey-time will be approximately equal or shorter.

However we would stress that no matter where your journey commences, any additional journey-time is negated entirely by the Private Terminal experience in general but in particular on departure by the one-hour check-in (30-minutes Premium Service) and parking directly on-site (with no onward transit).
