The landscaped terraces at the rear of the house include a rock-garden and a covered alfresco games room. This area includes a pool table, table tennis and a selection of other amusements.

Steps lead on down to the entrance:

Ground Floor

The front door opens into an entrance hall which in turn leads onto an extremely spacious open-plan room covering the majority of this floor.

Virtually the entire façade of this huge room is floor-to-ceiling French windows which afford the most stunning views across the pool terrace to the sea. The hi-tech glass is heat-absorbent. This room has various sitting areas, a dining table and a large well-fitted kitchen. The spacious sitting area comes complete with satellite TV/DVD, CD player, iPod dock, Nintendo Wii and PS3.

The fifth bedroom (5) is accessed from the entrance hall and has French windows opening onto the pool terrace.

A separate WC and a utility room is located in the entrance hall from which steps lead up to:

First Floor

To the left of the landing is the first master-bedroom (1) with picture windows affording the most stunning of sea views. To the right - a spacious bedroom (2) with picture windows.

Doors open from the landing onto an enormous, comfortably furnished, balcony which covers the entire façade of the house and is the perfect spot to relax and appreciate those views.

Second Floor

Steps lead up to the second floor which is identical to the floor below with the exception only that the second master bedroom (3), bedroom (4) and the landing each open onto individual balconies. Needless to say each room and balcony has the most staggering views across the bay!

Pool Terrace (Ground Floor)

French windows open from the all areas of the ground floor onto an enormous pool terrace which is divided into several areas which include alfresco dining and a stone built barbecue. Away across the terrace is the hot tub Jacuzzi which is set to one side of the gorgeous infinity pool.

Steps lead down to one side of this pool to the children’s pool below. A gate then opens onto:

Private Waterfront

The beach platforms are entirely private, a wonderful luxury and the absolute highlight of this remarkable property.

Attractive wooden steps lead through the wild grounds down to the terraces & jetty. The top level houses a kitchenette and barbecue area, designed to allow guests to enjoy the stunning waterfront throughout the day and evening.

A few more steps lead on down to the beach platform and small jetty which overlook the perfect aquamarine waters of the private bay. Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use the two-seat kayak provided.
