Our concept is to think of a villa as a spacious and luxurious hotel suite – a far cry from the traditional image of a self-catering holiday. So, whilst all the kitchens in our villas are very well-equipped, many of our Guests rarely use them and choose instead to explore the numerous dining options available, or take advantage of the home-delivery and cater-in options that we offer in some instances.
Each property in our villa portfolio has been designed and built as a private house and not as 'holiday-let' accommodation. We are therefore able to provide the privacy of a private house combined with many of the services of a hotel – no matter how secluded or unusual the location.
The level of service offered varies depending upon which villa you book, but in each case it has been carefully thought through, and is designed to provide you with the very best holiday experience.
Our professional team is here to help you enjoy your escape to the full. We aim to treat guests as individuals and won’t bother you while you’re on holiday, but we’re here to help. So, whatever you require, all you have to do is ask.
Consider your Exclusive Assistant as your very own ‘Holiday PA’. They will be happy to arrange all manner of things for you, from experiences and spa treatments through to restaurant reservations – indeed anything that could possibly enhance your stay.
They’re extremely knowledgeable about each region, and you’ll also find plenty of useful information in the Guide Book we provide prior to your departure.
We promise to be there when you need us – and leave you alone when you don’t. So, if you just want to enjoy complete privacy and not meet up at all, that’s fine too – after all, it's your holiday!
We are sensitive to your privacy and always ensure that services are carried out discretely. Given the climate, many have to occur daily (such as garden and pool maintenance). However, if you prefer to have fewer changes of towels and bed linen, or would like to alter the times some services are provided, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes – please discuss these with your Exclusive Assistant on arrival.

| Water & Bread Delivery Service | We appreciate that it can be inconvenient to continually collect and carry large, heavy water bottles from the market. Our service therefore includes the provision of fresh water with our compliments. A water cooler is provided in the villa, and the large bottles of fresh water are replaced throughout your stay. We also arrange for delicious local bread to be delivered fresh to you each morning – again, with our compliments. |
| Home Delivery Shopping Service | In order to ensure Guests time is spent in relaxation as much as possible, we have arranged for the excellent supermarket we use for our Welcome Hampers to provide this special service. Details are provided in the villa and Guests simply contact the supermarket directly (or via your Assistant) and the shopping is delivered promptly by the supermarket, with payment made on receipt. Costs are identical to those charged in-store. |

We appreciate that you have not come on holiday to cook, however Korsan Guney does undoubtedly have one of the most beautiful locations in Kalkan. In order to allow you to enjoy that location over dinner we provide home-delivery and cater-in services from the well-renowned Korsan restaurants (details are available locally).
Should it suit your requirements a special ‘deluxe’ breakfast hamper (received with our compliments on arrival) can be delivered fresh each morning. This can be booked in advance or arranged in situ and can be taken for any number of days.

A benefit not to be treated lightly is that the creator's of Korsan Guney - Claire and Uluç - also happen to own two of Kalkan’s finest restaurants – Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan (one of Kalkan's oldest and best-reputed restaurants). These restaurants offer diverse menus with each enjoying a truly fabulous reputation and guests of Korsan Guney are certain to be well looked after.

The private beach platform and small jetty overlooks the perfect aquamarine waters of the private bay. Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use the two-seater kayak provided. For additional water sports, a telephone number is provided for the local company who are handily located to pop over with a boatload of water sport toys for your enjoyment whenever you desire. Exclusive Escapes Guests are welcome to use the Wellbeing Centre, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Gym and the restaurant at the Kalkan Regency. The pool area is kept private to hotel residents for reasons of ambience. A local babysitting service is available for all our properties in the Kalkan region.
Most of our portfolio is available on any date and for any duration, with or without flights.
All prices are presented initially per person for 2 Guests
