Villa Yang

The Sunday Times - Europe's 100 Sexiest Summer Villas

The two Mahal Villas - Ying and Yang - are the creations of Ipek, the owner of Hotel Villa Mahal, which is renowned worldwide as one of Turkey’s leading boutique hotels. Here, Ipek shows the same flair for design, offering contemporary interiors that take full advantage of the amazing sea views – and include entire walls of glass.

The style is contemporary and minimalist, creating Kalkan’s most elegant, dramatic and luxurious private houses.

The two houses, similar in design, sit on the hillside adjacent to Hotel Villa Mahal and The White Collection and directly below Villa Gunbatimi. They each provide stunning sea views, and the interiors include walls of glass to ensure that you can never escape those incredible views.

The villas provide a wonderfully romantic retreat, but they are also ideal for a family holiday or a party of friends. The considerable size of these three bedroom villas - each complete with two swimming pools on differing levels - provides the ideal environment for socialising, whilst at the same time offering space for privacy when required.

We would stress that these are private villas and, for reasons of ambience, are not incorporated within the Hotel Villa Mahal concept. However the villas are located directly above the Mahal Beach Club whose general facilities are available  on a complimentary basis to Exclusive Escapes Guests, including their wonderful waterside restaurant.

Water-taxis from Hotel Villa Mahal can be taken during the day to and from Kalkan and, should you prefer not to drive in the evening, a taxi is easily arranged for the ten-minute journey.

Every detail, from the location through to the cool and elegant interior design, makes these villas perfect for those who want to enjoy the absolute best.
