A steep drive leads from the main road to the car parking and entrance. From here steps lead through the extensive terraced rear garden to the:

First Floor

As Mavi Koy is built on a hillside, entrance is at First Floor level. 

The front door opens into a porch, which in turn leads into a huge open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Picture windows provide dramatic views across the bay. A shower/WC is located by the entrance. French windows open onto a spacious terrace with dining area, which leads onto the large private pool and pool terrace.

Second Floor

Internal steps lead from the entrance to the master and second bedrooms which are large rooms with kingsize double beds. Both have bathrooms with jacuzzi bath and shower/WC. The master bedroom has a private balcony and a wonderful picture window. The second bedroom again has superb views and a spacious terrace which is shared with the master bedroom.

Ground Floor

External steps lead from the first floor terrace down to the garden terrace and elegant pergola with its wonderful sea views.

The second sitting room and games room is accessed from the garden and provides a peaceful spot in which to relax. This room can also serve as a sixth bedroom with its large double sofabed, kitchenette and shower/WC.

Close to this room is the small air-conditioned gym which is equipped with light weights and a running machine.

A path leads to the final three bedrooms which sit directly below the main house. 

All are of a good size. The third double bedroom has an en suite jacuzzi bath and shower/WC. The remaining two bedrooms are twin-bedded and have an en suite shower/WC. All three, of course, have fabulous sea views and open onto a glorious terrace with comfortable seating and an open-air jacuzzi.

A path leads through a garden down to the private beach platforms which are the absolute highlight of this remarkable property.

The Private Waterfront, Beach Platforms & Jetty

The new private beach platforms are a quite superb feature. Though entirely private, they are equal in size to any of Kalkan’s public beach clubs - a luxury without parallel in coastal Turkey!

The terrace has various levels with the top level housing a kitchenette and barbecue area. This is designed to allow guests to enjoy what is arguably Kalkan’s finest location throughout the day and evening.

Steps lead through the gardens to the platforms and a small jetty which overlook the turquoise waters. Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds in the shade of the olive trees stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use one of the two kayaks provided.

For additional water sports, a telephone number is provided for the local company who will happily pop over with a boatload of water sport toys for your enjoyment.
