What is Method Pukisto?

Sometimes rest is not enough to fully recuperate the body. Method Putkisto is a precise and specific teaching tech-nique focusing essentially on deep stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises to realign and free your body leaving you feeling light, lean and lifted.

Method Putkisto highlights the consequences of shallow breathing and tight- ness and shortness in the muscles. It shows how by simply elongating short muscles through deep stretching and breathing you can free the body to its neutral position and optimum balance. It is a simple yet effective way to recover from stress and recuperate your body.

 

The Method Putkisto Break

This is an ultimate detoxifying, muscle rebalancing and energizing break. It is excellent for stress release and relaxation. The deep stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises will lift your posture and give you freedom of movement.

All the food is biodynamic and locally grown. There will be guidelines for the guests who wish to support the process nutritionally.
