As with all our villas, the property has been built as a private residence, thus ensuring not only a spacious and comfortable environment, but a quality of finish well above that of a holiday-let.
Space and light are the pre-dominant themes and Muhammet - the charming owner of the villa and our favourite Selimye restaurant, the well renowned waterfront Sardunya - has been careful to ensure the stunning views are used to maximum effect. Wherever you are in the villa huge picture windows afford stunning views across the bay.
The three-bedroom house is spaciously laid out with two bedrooms located in the main house and a third in its own detached mini-cottage in the garden. These together with the many nooks, crannies, gardens and terraces ensure guests most certainly don't lack for areas to relax in privacy!
Payam Evi is a firm favourite with our guests.
Most of our portfolio is available on any date and for any duration, with or without flights.
All prices are presented initially per person for 2 Guests
The number of Guests can be adjusted and quoted during the Booking Process
