A small selection of the feedback on our philosophy and style of service it has been our fortune to receive.

Booking a holiday with Exclusive Escapes is hugely reassuring as we feel there is a guarentee of quality of location and service which exceeds other holiday expeariences. One high point is the sense of exclusivity which the holiday experience delivers; from begining to end. 

This was our first holiday with your company. I have to say you have impressed us and exceeded our expectations. We have travelled a lot with other tour operators  but your standards of the service and attention to detail are the most impressive. I wil certainly choos your company again. 

I must say that I think Exclusive Escapes is by far the best operator i have ever used. No complaints what so ever with Exclusive Escapes!! 

Overall the best holiday company we have ever travelled with in terms of efficiency and service. 

Would like to thank UK airport team (LHR) and Haluk for their wonderful support and help in locating Adrenalin and syringes for my son who forgot his epipens.  We asked for help at airport and by the time we arrived at the gulet the problems were sorted and we had what we needed. This not only made my own holiday more relaxing but we were all immensely impressed with how our problem was solved for us - a really 5-star service.  Thank you SO much.

Little touches by Exclusive Escapes make it different from competition.  The towels, hamper, bread daily, water all make this a far more relaxing and enjoyable holiday.  The low impact tourism offered by Exclusive Escapes also helps maintain local economies and traditons whilst allowing tourists to see parts of 'real' Turkey.

Once again a holiday which was well nigh perfect in all respect.  Excellent locations, properties, food, attention to detail and wishes of guests.  You are to be commended for a quality organisation and staff.

Great to have someone answer the phone in person and staff who know the property personally.  Also so good when staff say they will call you back and they do.

We have been to Turkey several times before but this is the first time travelling with Exclusive Escapes, we are impressed with the whole company. We are very fussy generally and certainly intend to travel with you again on future travel to this country.

You really are an excellent company to travel with. All the properties weve expearienced have been excellent in one way or another and we will most certainly travel with you again. The holiday was expensive by our normal standards but your overall product is so high it made for an excellent family holiday - very easy no hastle and high quality.

i booked the holiday on a whim, wakeing up next to yet another grey dull morning in England. I had a picture in my mind of what i wanted to wake up to on holiday and had really high expectations. I have to say that you have exceeded those expectations, thank you.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Attention to detail is what sets it apart from any other trip we have been on - ie choice of child seat on arrival, daily bread delivery, hire car waiting for us at property, drinking water etc etc.  Having a phone at the property which we could take with us for emergencies was brilliant.  I could ramble on about many more things that have contributed, but suffice to say we have had a great time and will be back with Exclusive Escapes to same property next year.

Everything regarding this holiday was superb - only wish we had booked for two weeks - the extra touches from exclusive escapes makes the difference. Total quality all round.

I wanted to drop you a quick e mail to say what a pleasure it was travelling with your company to Turkey last week. We stayed at the Mahal villas, Villa Yang, and found the whole experience an absolute delight and pleasure from the initial booking, to the flights, the location, the beautiful and exceedingly well equipped villa and all staff. Everything ran very smoothly and the standard of service was exceptional. This was our first experience of Turkey and we had a wonderful holiday.

I would like to mention our assistant in Kalkan, Joan, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and available at all times without being in any way intrusive. We also really appreciated the lack of 'hard sell' on excursions etc.  All in all a wonderful holiday - congratulations to your team. I just wanted to pass on what an amazing holiday we had with you at The White Collection in Kalkan last week.  The business class service is truly outstanding value, with superb service at Heathrow, and in particular the new service in Turkey is much improved and appreciated.  Our rep Joan was excellent and the whole holiday and service were outstanding.  Thank you so much for all your help.

We have just returned from our honeymoon at Villa Mahal, Kalkan booked through Exclusive Escapes. We completed the feedback form at the hotel but feel the need to write to you further.

We cannot thank you all at head office, your staff in Turkey and the staff at Villa Mahal enough. Everyone has been so helpful, kind considerate and understanding.

Throughout the booking process your staff at head office and your conduct has been exemplary from the cancellation of our original booking to Cephalonia, our re-booking to Kalkan and all the help, advice and assistance offered when I broke my ankle. We were holding our breath about whether we could go but your help and advice along with medical confirmation enabled us to go ahead. We are so glad that we did.

Your representative at the CIP terminal in Dalaman was so helpful and friendly. She is a credit to your company. Joan, in Kalkan, was just a joy to meet. She was helpful with her knowledge, advice and assistance and helped us to thoroughly enjoy our honeymoon. She is a great asset to Exclusive Escapes.

As for Hotel Villa Mahal, the property is simply stunning and with an idyllic setting. The owners and all the staff could not have been any more helpful or friendly. Their service is 1st class. It is attentive without any inclination of over-bearing. They have it spot-on.

In all we could not have planned or asked for anything better than what we experienced.

Again we cannot thank you enough for giving us the best honeymoon and memories we could ever hope for. We look forward to using your company again as we couldn’t imagine anyone else coming close to matching what you provide. You have the perfect set-up

Just a quick note to say that we all had a truly wonderful holiday. The villa was spectacular and was all we could have hoped for in every way  including the location. Everything worked brilliantly, the water sports, boats and Dilek was amazing and looked after us beautifully as well as everyone else we met.

We would love to book another holiday with you next summer so I will look on the website and see what else there is.

In the meantime, thank you so much for everything and I will definitely pass the word around and recommend your company to anyone I think may be interested.

My wife and I have just returned from a holiday in Turkey arranged by Exclusive Escapes.

I completed your questionnaire, which I trust you have received, and wanted to add a few comments.

This was our first experience of your Company and we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our trip. The staff in your London Office were very efficient and their liaison with Anne Karayigit was, from our point of view, perfect.

We were met at Dalaman by a charming driver in a spotless vehicle. We were then warmly welcomed at Bozburun and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our transfers to both Turunc and then back to Dalaman were on time in excellent cars (we wouldn’t have wanted to wait around in 35c temperatures). We were also surprised and delighted to receive your towels and local olive oil.

All in all a five star performance.

We will definitely use you again and will recommend you to all of our family and friends

We have arrived home from our wonderful holiday in Turkey at Korsan Koy and I felt that I had to write to thank you and your staff for the exceptional help and service we received this year.

As you are aware my "dipsy" sister, Ros,  managed to forget to renew her son James' passport causing all sorts of trauma at the airport on the Saturday flying out!  Although there was no magic wand that Sue could wave to get James on the flight there was only so much we could do to calm Ros down and give instructions how to get her passport that morning and try to get on another flight. Once we had to go through to the departure lounge we could only be in telephone contact and then had to turn our phones off for the flight. I understand from Ros that Sue was "a real rock" once we had to leave her at the check in desk.

I also want to thank those in the office (and possibly those disturbed on Saturday morning when probably not even awake)who were involved in arranging the flights and transfers out once she had that renewed passport in her hand (no mean feat for a Saturday morning with limited time!).

Ros and James arrived safely on Sunday evening at Korsan Koy and their breath was taken away by the villa and the trauma of the previous day was soon forgotten (although no doubt the rest of us will dine out on it for a few weeks to come).

The upgrade to Korsan Koy could not have been more welcome by any family.  We thank you very much for that.

Dilek as usual was a breath of fresh air and we were well looked after by Husseyn and his wife and son.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Piynar Villa Hotel at Turunc.  It was our first holiday with Exclusive Escapes, recommended to us by one of your longstanding clients Terri Lynch, and we couldn’t have had a better time.  Watch this space for a repeat booking for next year!

We wondered if you could pass on a special ‘thank you’ for us.  When we arrived at Dalaman airport for our return flight, we found that our luggage was overweight (thanks to the lovely EE towels you had given us, and the Amos olive oil ☺).  One of your reps at the airport, Monica, came to our aid and went out of her way to help to us resolve the problem. She really couldn’t have done more, and was a delight to meet.  We would be very grateful if you could get a message to her to thank her for making us feel so well supported and looked after, so that we ended our EE experience in Turkey on the same note of exemplary quality of service that had marked our week in the care of Sevgi and Murat at Piynar.
