We have been eager to add new properties in Kaş, but struggled to find the exceptional until we came across the project for the magnificent Island Villas. These four brand new, top-of-the-range townhouses on the Eastern side of the Kaş Peninsula take our offering in the area to the next level. Alongside being the most exclusive address on the Peninsula, they offer a winning combination of sleek, contemporary design, with an incredible amount of space both inside and out, plus magnificent private waterfronts with literally nothing between you and the sea. The location alone is jaw dropping - nowhere in our experience do front-line properties come closer to the sea than this, and the views are magnificent. The houses are literally several steps away from the swelling mediterranean, and the concept of rolling out of bed and diving into the sea is eminently feasible.

Completion, Images & Special RatesThe construction of Island Villas has been carefully planned with the main building entirely complete by the end of November 2012, leaving the entire winter for the interior decoration and the landscaping of the gardens. The property will be fully complete by the end of March 2013 in good time to welcome its first Guests in May. The images currently displayed were taken in October 2012 and in some instances aspects of the construction site have been enhanced to aid the visualisation - such as water in the swimming pool. Our photographer will visit Turkey in late-May with updated images presented as soon afterwards as is practical. In the meantime, in order to introduce this new property, Island Villas will be available at very special introductory rates for 2013. Update 31 March

2. Each villa has a sleek, decked pool terrace overlooking the sea, with a large rectangular infinity pool that blends seamlessly with the sea beyond (a balcony will be added).
3. One of the most unusual features of these stunning houses is the extensive private garden.
4. From the lawns you descend a small flight of steps to the sea below, where a private beach platform is the perfect launch for enjoying the sea.
5. The views from inside to out are stunning.
6. Each house has its own private beach platform with separate access.
7. The seawater on the Peninsula is fed by natural springs and is crystal clear and incredibly clean, which results in the deepest azure blue colours.
