As with all our properties the villa has been designed as a private house rather than holiday-let and Exclusive Escapes Guests are able to appreciate the benefits of this spacious house and gardens which are set off by the most staggeringly beautiful sea views. 
Villa Ayşe itself is set on the hillside - close to Hotel Villa Mahal - in what is undoubtedly Kalkan’s most exclusive location. If it is possible to put the views to one side for a moment, perhaps the most striking feature of this three-bedroom house is the space available to guests both inside and out on the various balconies, terraces and garden terraces – a rare luxury indeed. As elegant and spacious as the house and gardens are it is undoubtedly the location that is the making of this property.Wherever one is in the house it is simply impossible to escape those truly stunning views which stretch across the bay to the open sea or in the other direction across the water to Kalkan harbour. Hours can be spent in the comfort of one’s own home enjoying this most stunning of settings. |

Should you prefer to not pay in full, simply add 5% to the prices and pay a deposit of £350 per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
