Virtually the entire frontage of this circular house is covered by floor-to-ceiling windows, which take full advantage of the spectacular views. The house recently underwent a complete refurbishment, and now provides a cool, minimalist feel - creating the perfect romantic escape. Villa Ruya has two double and one twin bedrooms. This makes the villa ideal for couples, families with older children, or friends travelling together who enjoy the idea of a little privacy from each other! The villa is located above the Mahal Beach Club whose general facilities are available to Exclusive Escapes Guests, including their wonderful waterside restaurant. Water-taxis from Hotel Villa Mahal can be taken during the day to and from Kalkan and should you prefer not to drive in the evening, a taxi is easily arranged for the ten-minute journey. This glorious villa is one of our most popular properties. |

Following our usual marketing philosophy - the balance for all prices displayed within this website is due in full at the time of booking.
Should you prefer to not pay in full, simply add 5% to the prices and pay a deposit of £350 per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
