 The villa was built as a private house by Ipek - the owner and designer of the award-winning Hotel Villa Mahal – whose eye for detail has excelled once more. Villa Su is one of the most attractive houses in the region, with large outdoor terraces and seating areas that are ideal for eating and socialising with family or friends. The dreamy pool area overlooks Kalkan’s inky blue waters and makes one of the most stunning areas in which to while away the daylight hours, soaked by the sun or in the shade, and later to enjoy a cocktail watching the incredible sunsets before dinner. The villa is being refurbished over the winter to match the highest standard in our programme in time for its opening to Exclusive Escapes Guests in May 2012. PhotographyFollowing the refurbishment our photographer will visit in May 2012 with images presented online as soon afterwards as is practical. In the meantime ALL the images presented are of the adjacent property Villa Gunbatimi - which was constructed at the same time as Villa Su and is virtually identical in archtiectural design and layout.

Following our usual marketing philosophy - the balance for all prices displayed within this website is due in full at the time of booking.
Should you prefer to not pay in full, simply add 5% to the prices and pay a deposit of £350 per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
