To everyone at Exclusive Escapes,
Thank you so much for an absolutely fantastic holiday. We have had a fabulous week at the Dionysos. Everything was faultless. From the check in at Heathrow to the journey back to Dalaman airport everything was perfect.
Your brochure is wonderful but it still does not do justice to the Dionysos. The atmosphere and the friendliness cannot be captured in a brochure. Annabel, Ata and all of the staff are exemplary. The views are divine and the service exquisite. I am running out of superlatives!!
On our first evening in the restaurant we sat overlooking the pool, in the candle light, eating gorgeous food and listening to a trio playing classical music. It reduced me to tears, it was so perfect. I had not been well before the holiday and had been worried about travelling. It was just the tonic I needed. The hotel is so relaxing and everything is taken care of from the moment you reach the hotel. Having been unwell, the holiday marked the end of a worrying time for my husband and I and the start of a remarkable week together.
We finished our holiday off on 'Cheers to life' - what a day! The stuff of dreams! We made some lovely friends whilst at the hotel and above all we will always have the memories of a truly wonderful holiday. We both feel that our holiday really was an 'Exclusive Escape'! Your staff, the hotels you choose and your organisation help to make a holiday something truly special and unique. One we will never forget.

Subject: Exclusive Escapes and The Dionysos
Dear ‘Escapees’,
We have just returned from our eighth holiday in Turkey and,
as usual, every aspect of our holiday exceeded our expectations.
The magical Dionysos team responded to our every whim and with
each succeeding year it becomes ever harder to tear ourselves away from our ‘home from home’.
Last year the only part of the holiday which brought us sharply back to reality was the chaos of Dalaman airport. This year the new airport has turned the old one into a distant nightmare.
We arrived at the airport and found at least six EE staff awaiting us; check in and passport formalities were completed effortlessly and we had plenty of time to engage in a final flurry of retail therapy at the many attractive outlets before boarding.
Our only request is for an airport lounge for the upgraded passengers, as at Heathrow, and better quality food on the flight.
Our thanks to every member of the EE team, UK and Turkey, for their meticulous attention to detail and for making our holiday so very special.

Dear Team,
We have just returned from a week's holiday at the Dionysos, and although I completed the feedback form and gave it to Ata prior to departure, I just feel I must contact you to reiterate again what a truly memorable holiday we have had with your excellent organisation.
I will jot a few thoughts down as bullet points:
- Impressed by the helpful and pleasant UK office staff.
- Impressed with the check in at Manchester Airport. Welcomed by Heather, no queues at check-in desk and seen off at the plane by Heather
- Smooth transit from Dalaman to Dionysos with excellent, careful driver
- Welcome drink "of choice" at hotel - very well organised allocation of rooms (Annabelle )
- Lovely beach towels in quality bag (which proved very useful )
- Nice touch of sarongs
- Well equipped and spacious villa with good sized private pool
- Tranquil and peaceful ambience at the hotel
- Excellent staff, who were friendly and efficient
- "Sea Club" facility greatly enjoyed
- Super day out on the gulet - super crew who made us feel welcome. Not overcrowded on board. Excellent crew member "Ulash" ( forgive spelling if incorrect! )
- Enjoyable and well organised excursion to Turkish baths in Marmaris ( Ozlem )
- Informative regarding scuba diving ( Ata )

Dear Sarah and the Exclusive Escapes team. This is just to say a big thank you for the service and experience you have provided us. We have been impressed with all aspects of the holiday from website through booking to the holiday itself. In particular, the day on the motor cruiser at the Dionysos was a memorable way to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We are not sure if the fact we had the boat to ourselves was by accident or design. If it was arranged specially then that was a wonderful touch.
We have already recommended you to many of our friends and we are certain to use you again, possibly rebooking in a few weeks.

When we saw the brochure and website details for the Dionysos we both said it cannot be as good as this and we were cynical enough to say that we did not expect to be either, because after all you will only be showing us the best bits, but if it comes close it will be fine…
Isn't it sad that we are such cynics…
At the end of the week, as we left on Saturday we both agreed that the brochure did not do the Dionysos justice at all. We had an absolutely wonderful time, just what we wanted and more. That view across the bay…
We have come back refreshed and determined to come back next year.
We tried our best to think of something that could be improved on and the only two things we could think of was that the bathrooms should have rails rather then hooks for the towels and that the rooms needed more storage space as in a chest of drawers or more shelves.
Apart from that the staff were truly charming, the food was great, the rooms were comfortable, ……. I promised Brett (the photographer) that if any of my pictures came out well I would send him copies, after he encouraged me to get out of bed at dawn to catch the light!

Back to work today after a FANTASTIC week in Turkey.
When you look forward to something that looks great in a brochure, it is often an anti-climax.
This holiday was different. It did not just "do what it said on the tin", it was better than it said on the tin!

Julia and I have just returned from The Dionysos.
We wanted to register satisfaction for our superb seven night holiday in Turkey. It proved excellent value for money and an experience beyond our expectation.
In particular, we wanted to record our appreciation of the excellent hospitality and attentiveness of the staff at The Dionysos.
It indeed sits in a stunningly beautiful location, where we found ourselves able to unwind and relax. Our wonderful day on the boat, our trips to the Sea Club, the varied facilities (Jacuzzi, massage centre, tennis court etc.), the other stylish details (complimentary beach towels and sarongs, welcome drinks and picnic, the wine-tasting evening etc.) made our stay so very enjoyable.
Many thanks for a highly successful holiday. The service of your company has been first class.
We shall certainly be recommending The Dionysos to friends and family.

Just a line to thank you, your team and all the people at the Dionysos for a wonderful week’s holiday.
I wanted to say that absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them – how they stay smiling and so helpful to an endless turnover of guests and repetitive questions is quite amazing.
They went out of their way to get me a prescription at very short notice one evening which, had it not arrived, could have signaled a rapid end to my holiday. ……. Added to this, I was incredibly dim hours before our departure and managed to leave my insulin in the bar fridge. Capably sorted by Ata and Kerri-Ann, it followed me to the airport and all was well. I should think they were jolly glad to get rid of us…..
The holiday was everything and more than we expected. Shrinking in horror at the queues in Terminal 1, we were quickly identified and whizzed off to an almost personal check-in………we had not a single complaint all week.
Ata and Annabel were professional, charming, good fun and along with every single member of staff at the hotel it was a pleasure to be there.
We felt that the Dionysos “family” did more than any hotel we have been in to make us feel that they genuinely wanted their guests there and not just wanted their money. Little things go a long way (to name a few : not charging for the driver to pick up the prescription, wine & whisky tastings, the gulet cruise, Ahmet’s impromptu glass of fizz at the bar when a fellow guest was singing ….). You can be assured that we will spread the word here in the Middle East.
Once again many thanks and we very much hope to take advantage of your 2005 pre-season booking, for a 2 week stay this time!

Our holiday at the Dionysos
Dear Exclusive Escapes Team,
We felt we must write and tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday at the Dionysos. Everything was spot on and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel so welcome and quite special.
As I have a nut allergy I was a little worried with regard to the food but I needn't have been. They were so kind and considerate. We felt thoroughly spoilt on the complimentary gulet cruise and the Bozburun Peninsula tour was excellent.
We really felt as if we had had a holiday and look forward to returning to the Dionysos one day.
