Dear all,
Last year we happened across one of the nicest hotels imaginable.
Our journey to the hotel was hair raising to say the least, twisting mountain roads dark pine forests and then a bowl of twinkling lights.
Our driver turned into a tiny lane squeezing the minibus between ancient walls - finally we stopped and alighted glad to have our feet on solid ground. A huge lollopy dog intertwined between our legs, genuinely happy to see us, as was his owner who greeted us with such warmth we felt we had known her for ever. We were shown to our room what a delight!

Awakening the first morning to the sound of goats bells we couldn't have wished to be any other place. The food was divine, the staff so friendly and Jane herself a perfect hostess; all this and the chance of an Indian head massage, who could want for more?
Our fellow guests completed the house party ambiance and we had a terrific week, feeling very sad that we had to move on to another destination, we promised to catch up again.
If anyone is unsure about Misafir Evi don't be, it will be the most memorable holiday in a truly magical place. The essence of Turkey!
